doing security is not installing a software then let it alone. You will know about your box, updating software, security holes. If you are not familiar with server management, you should consider to hire someone to do that

I would do everything on my website but the number one thing you should get done is mod_security as it will stop a lot. That being said you should not stop there...but if it is the only thing you do do it!
