Whats everyones Views on Kayako?
Few features that should be added are SEO friendly KB.
Also a feature that combines chats, i dont think there is one. often some chats for support go over a few sessions so it would be great to combine.
I love it, its a great support system.
The history for client chats or history chats is great, i dont have an issue with it

I've used kayako for years, it really is a good product. However, the support is sometimes a little rough around the edges, IMO.

It`s a really good support system ... probably the best on the market on the moment. We do not have any issues with it what so ever.

Yes kayako is good..we have also tried ..http://thevisionworld.com it have some really good features that kayako does not have... more important its really fast and cheap as well.
Probably the best at the moment :)
But I like to use the WHMCS's integrated system, because is more easy to admin all in only one place :)

We recommend Vision Helpdesk over Kayako, We migrated from Kayako to Vision Helpdesk.
Vision Helpdesk is much advance over kayako - it has unique feature Satellite Helpdesk which allows us to manage support for multiple companies at one place,.
It's integration with WHMCS is awesome - offers several modules like Paid Ticket Support, Fetching WHMCS clients info into Ticket and much more.

I think Kayako is very good, but costly. But I won't really suggest that you use Vision.
What about eSupport? :)

I believe you need to understand that your customers which use the software should be comfortable about it and that should be comforatble for you in another hand

We use Kayako too, nothing else really compares.
We used to have it when I used to work at a hosting company years earlier. It wasn't a bad product, but not the greatest either. We use WHMCS helpdesk these days, and it works great.
