I want to buy a drink but there doesnt seem to be anyone at the bar!
What kind of pub is this?

The best kind: Serve yourself :D.
We tied the owner up and threw him under the bar, every now and then Chicken resurfaces and tries to collect on bar tabs. But Keith and I just spin him around real fast until he passes out and the fun starts again :D.

I'll be serving drinks to anyone who'd like to come who lives in the L.A. area during the housewarming party. Not sure on the date (but soon). I'll bring the left over drinkies to the Pub here.
I can vouch that the Chick is not lying. I went to L.A. on business and he took my wife and I out for dinner, drinks and a tour. The food was great!!!
Maybe you can send me a plane ticket so I can be in LA at the time? :banana:
one of my clients paid for that trip :p:

He was going to, but with the salaries he is paying the moderators, he is pretty much broke :D.

Yeah, loads whoooo. I did a quick tally and noticed that we have spend somewhere's abouts $7K in the last two weeks on various home related things. We were gifted some of the downpayment and it turned out that if we put $37K down, our payments would have been only $50 cheaper/mo. than if we put $27K down. So we opted for $27K and appliances, couches, and all the little things that add up.

I might even bring some more friends to your housewarming to celebrate.. things must be looking up though.. these Sydney to LAX airfares are fairly pricey, but I guess that won't worry you too much..

Speaking of that, my son caught an eight foot trout the other day using nothing but Ethernet cable and mashed peas. The really amazing part though is he caught this fish in the bathtub :D.

That was the strange thing, my son being the environmentally conscious person he is, let the fish go before I could even snap a picture. So you will just have to trust me that this story is true :D.

Yes I am in Steak and Kidney.. not for long though.. whoopee :D LA here I come..
There is a direct flight non stop Syd::LAX.. but I don't think there is a similar flight from Darwin.. although I have only been to Darwin once..
Maybe I should share/lease some of the snapshots in my possesion that provide the motivation for Chicken to pay for my entourage to visit his humble abode... :yuck: I am only asking a moderate fee, and it would be much cheaper for you than paying for the airfares.
What say you my dear fellow countryperson.. ? All over to Chickens for a party, or what?
