Background
I started hosting sites with thenexus in 2001 on their most basic package, which at the time was the linux bronze plan. I am now using a reseller account with them on an ensim server.
Service A -
service is always fast and friendly, uptime is excellent and if there is a problem it is resolved quickly and professionally.
Uptime B -
Generally excellent, I have had one or two problems which were sorted quickly and actually caused by one of my customers with a very active forum.
Value For Money B-
Not the cheapest host on the market but then you pay for what you get, good service does not always come cheaply. Excellent host for someone who is willing to pay a little extra for good service and uptime.
