This guy's host stole his domain !

I'll be honest with you. We had a controversial site called Niggermania.ws. We basically posted jokes and joke pictures about blacks. So we got DOS attacked a lot. He came to us and offered us protection. My partner didn't want the sites to use our real names and we trusted Jon Felosi our host who runs Secureservertech to register the sites in his name. He seemed fine at first, for about the first year. Then he started telling us how he needs more money and how he's fighting off DOS attacks all the time and so forth. We ended up believing him and we were sending him $150 a month.

I started to want to get things registered in our names anyway but he told us that we must wait until August 2008. I was emaling him with questions and asking him how much in donations he was received but never got answers. Then I got an email from him asking for $100 more. I wrote back, "Gee, you sure are available when you want money."

That started a tirade of profane and vulgar and threatening emails from him and he instantly took our web site off line and then demanded $300 or he would auction it off to the highest bidder.

The domain is his in name only. We paid for it, we built it up, but he stole it. Oh sure, it's legally in his name but we all know that it's not his to sell. He knows it too. It's OUR domain that he agreed to put in his name to protect our identity.

We have thousands of members of our forum and tens of thousands of hits a day that are now all lost because he stole and auctioned off our domain: niggermania.ws.

And Felosi told me that unless I take it down, he will DOS attack our other web sites: Niggermania.com and niggermania.net - as you can see they are down my host tells me that someone has been DOS attacking them constantly for two days.

There it is and that's the truth. I will not be quiet about it or allow him to bully us. That is exactly what happened with this guy. Do not trust him on any level. He might end up costing you thousands of dollars.

While you may disagree with our 'racist' web site, that's another matter. But what happened to us is true and could happen to you. And just for information purposes, Felosi was a member of our forum for a while and was making jokes about ''niggers'' just as much as we all were, so he's not doing this because he's anti racist.

I hope that others will help me spread the word about this guy and people at least take measures to be careful when dealing with him. I doubt all his DOS attacks on your site are true, I would be very suspicious of anything the guy says.

I'd be glad to verify anything that I've written above. I have email proof as well as dozens of other people , if not hundreds from our site, who will verify it.

Well, technically you allowed him to steal your domain. You let him register the domain under his own name and provided control of the domain to him. Basically, you just opened the door for him to come and just take all your stuff.

Remove the controversy of the site's content and deal with the issue dispassionately...

I would suggest leaving your other sites up, keeping a time-stamped log of when he threatened to DoS your site, then go after him if he does it. If he is not distributing (DDoS) the attack and is stupid enough to attack you without masking his information he is easily caught. However you might be better off just taking the guy to civil court. I would tell him that you had consulted a lawyer and were prepared to take legal action.

First off I want to point out this is all lies. I should have known better to host such a site , especially since none of them wanted to ever give their real name or anything. It was a nightmare dealing with ddos and complaints. But in the spirit of supporting free speech I did host it for quite some time. It is not like I host just racist sites, When I was doing the free speech hosting I was supporting all points of view and extremes. After about a year of dealing with numerous complaints, server moves and kooks like jamie baillie I decided to get out of it. They will be the last

At the end I started getting these crazy rant emails from the site owner. So I decided to terminate their account and here we are.

Concerning the domains. When they first came on hosting and a week or so during, they had me buy them some domains. I asked them numerous times to make a namecheap user and let me transfer the domains to them after they paid for them. Which they never did. They did not want to put their contact info on anything so they never would go through with the purchase.

At the end of the hosting I terminated their account, and told them they must pay for the reg fee and make a user so I can transfer these domains to. Then of course I got more insane rants and ravings about how they had already paid for the domains through their hosting fees. There was never no such agreement and I was never paid for the domains.

After about 2-3 days of this crap I just sold the domains to someone for $50 to get them out of my name.

If you google and lookup these guys making these rants and allegations you will see they are nothing more then a bunch of racist trolls, they never have and never will post or give their real name to anyone. They are just anonymous cowards. And the idea that I stole domains which were in MY name, under MY account, that they NEVER paid for is ridiculous.

Good riddance and about this ddos thing is another ridiculous bunch of lies. I never have and never will do anything like that. They have even went to the point of telling people that I ddosed their site and approached them offering them services, and that I regularly do that. Which is again ridiculous, no one could do that and get away with it. it would be the stupidest sales strategy ever. I am too busy with legit business to do anything like that.

But I really need not explain myself, just read some of these guys rants and accusations and anyone with any common sense can see it is just as I explained.

Nice topic, this guys host stole his domains. The OP is the site owner, Goes by Tome Shelly and jamesriske , he also likes to tell people he is the real quentin tarentino lol. Just google them both including the latter one. Just another anonymous troll who thinks people cannot find out who they really are

I'm agree with him, it is like sending a gift to him. ICANN won't do nothing about that. You should be careful with your things, even more if you are dealing with someone you don't know, It is pretty obvious.

There are 2 sides to every story. These guys were a pure nightmare. They went all over the net spamvertising their domain in comment boxes, forums, irc, etc. When I purchased the domains for them they was supposed to make a namecheap user and let me transfer the domain but in the spirit of being anonymous cowards they would not do this. I got death threats and all kinds of phone calls where I was the contact for the domain. It had whois protection but somehow people found out. I guess with such a site the registrar gave up the real info quickly when contacted about them.

I had to pay a $50 fee to sorbs or spamhaus, I cant remember now to get the ip unblacklisted or softlayer would have terminated my server. I also paid around 10 bucks each for the domains. None of this was ever paid back to me.

When I finally terminated them I told them in order to get their domains I need the $50. They argued that their hosting fees would have taken care of that - basically same things as I posted above. After 2 weeks they simply refused to pay for the domains so I sold them for $50 to recover my losses.

During and after all this the guy who runs the site who calls himself Tom Shelly vowed to ruin my business and tried his best. I think he finally gace up all this nonsense just a few months ago. SO he was at it a while posting on forums and such claiming I am a rip off and all that. Most of the forums where he posted this crap deleted his threads because he would not reveal his identity and could not provide any proof besides poorly forged emails.

I have been in business 4 years and this entire time I have only had 2 bad reviews, both of which was unreasonable and kooky people like this. Since then I have stopped hosting any kind of racist sites as they only lead to trouble. And not to mention, the second bad review I got was quickly resolved so there is actually only one person who has hosted with me that says bad things about me and my company.

I think my track record speaks for itself to prove I am an honest host. If I was bad as this guy claims I would have done been out of business a year ago. He tried his best to ruin my business but it did not work. People just saw the person these complaints were coming from and figured it out on their own as this guy is always going around the net with some vendetta on someone constantly. It just takes a google search to find this out.

Anyway, old thread but where I seen it got raised form the dead I figured I would come and defend myself.
