I do have servers already that I could migrate clients to if that's feasible. However I'm able to absorb additional servers as well and am open to taking over the entire business.

I'm looking for win-win situations where if the current owner is tired of doing this or not growing as they'd like they get out of a situation they don't want to be in, the clients get taken care of and we grow our base.
