Even if we narrowed it down based on the forum (Fraud, Abuse, & Security), that still leaves things pretty wide open.

This's can be pretty bad with both Fraud, Abuse and Security.
I would recommend just cutting it out of your vocabulary, its safest way..

to completely remove the risk fraud from your company? well pull that plug that connects to your modem/internet/dsl/cable modem :)

These guys are great! They are around the clock 24 7, all of their techs are usa based and certified. They will fully manage your cpanel server for only $29 a month for your first server and $19 for your other servers. They will secure your server and also monitor your server, so if your server goes down they will contact your datacenter to have it rebooted as well as notify you every 5 minuets your server is down until its back up. These guys are fantastic and you cant go wrong. I use these guys and they are great, seriously just great! You should give them a try if you have a cpanel server.

Fraud is hard to prevent. There are companies that will help protect you in the case of Fraud regarding billing. PCI Compliance is important and if you visit merchants like CDG Commerce, they have options to cover any charge backs 100% with their fraud protection plans.

Utilize companies like MaxMind and setup up call back verifications.

Calling on online orders for verification can thwart a great deal of it. Nothing like human interaction...

fraud will never go away, it will keep getting more and more because theres them people out to get everyone they will try new methods and new things, the best thing is to better learn and protect yourself from it.
