UDRP Issues

For those that register a lot of domains, how often do UDRP issues arise? I just had my first complaint about a domain name, and explained to the complainer that it is way way way out of my hands :). But should I have a more canned statement prepared for the future, or does it not arise very often?

Basically, it is the method that ICANN uses to resolve domain disputes. It does not necessarily directly involve resellers as much as their registrars, but I get the feeling it can be a pain.

I see...interesting, but I've never gotten a complaint or anything. Definitely not a fun process.
