A website monitoring service. Its a cheaper alternative to Alertra, however they only send email alerts. Basic service is free and monitors unlimited domains at 30 or 60 minute intervals. It can monitor http, ftp, smtp, and pop3. Their "premium" service costs $5/mo and lets you monitor at 5 or 15 minute intervals.

Ahh, thanks for that review. How long have you been using them btw?
Few days. The only thing I don't like is the lack of phone alerts. But for 5 dollars a month, beggars can't be choosers.
The first month I used them there was a lot of false negatives, but that was an a glitch and got straightened out soon to give them credit. The only other time I had a problem with them was last week when there was a major outtage and they completely missed it. However, once again in their defense, Alertra and another monitoring service I use missed it as well.
Agreed it is a good value for the money.

I signed up for their free service. Seems pretty good. What does the paid service offer? Cant' seem to find too much info on it.

Unfortuatly, it doesn't say anything about the premium service until you sign up for the free service. The link is in the control panel. Kinda dumb if you ask me

actualy I managed to signup for the premium service before I'd setup my free account. Although I have no idea how I found the link :)
