Aussie Bob,

We're having the same crisis here! It's aweful..
They said they're doing some maintenance stuff yesterday at 7 ..but this is way too much..
I've tried calling them from my cell..but my cell company is playing games and disabled my international option, emailing them at this hour is no good either..Jay is offline..Matt..mmm..I'll try emailing him..but it's Saturday!

Have you heard any news?

Delayed reaction to the Ms SQL worm :).

Is anyone else having problems with NAC?

I imagine this issue is over? I have some things at NAC and they load up fine??? I'm probably just late, out of touch, etc., as moving has taken its toll on us, and if the appliances don't get delivered tomorrow, we're going to go mad.

I haven't seen anything new about this, so I think you are right it is over -- can anyone confirm?

I have been hearing that troubles at NAC are continuing, what type of performance have you all been experiencing over the last few weeks?

Allan,

The problem isn't actually all NAC, it's mainly dedicatedNOW, they're having a lot of new customers and it's overloading their system ..and for some reason they didn't see this coming..so they overloaded their powergrid and their GIG switches..

Now they're moving servers to new grids...one rack at a time which is taking a lot of time, and the move itself causes problems to some boxes..

I can say that they're trying their best..but they might be losing their cool..too much stress if you ask me..but again it's DN's fault from the start and they admit it ..too much unplanned expansions..

Thanks for the information :), I've been hearing that their were problems affecting all of NAC.

Yea, failing to plan for growth is one of the biggest mistakes a company can make, and it certainly leads to a lot of unneccessary tension/
