Well Daniel,

The 311 site, hmm well i think you have made the width of your site 800pxls, however if you want to eliminate horizontal scrolling at 800x600 you need a minimum of 780pxls, otherwise no complaints, although not too exciting and perhaps slightly dark for some users...

2nd site, well i personally dont recomend splash pages, it works for some sites like nightclubs and such but not for a shop, and also i, like many others think that times new roman is so tacky on the web...

The 331 fanbase site looks ok, I do think the 'register now' button does kill the design a little. I agree with robc it's a bit darkish though ...

I would let the 2nd site load in the initial browser window. NOt only is it useless to open a new one some people might not see it due to popup killers etc.... I would do the color scheme of the site exactly the other way around, light text on a dark background, easier for the eye. Maybe the dark brown is a little too dark though ..
