Cart/Store That allows for configuration

I've already got a cart solution but it's not all I'd like it to be so I'm looking for something similar to OSCommerce where it will install an entire store for me, (preferably. That way I don't have to integrate it into a website) along with an easy admin side.

Needs to require user creation for purchases, allow for users to customize their parts (IE add an option here costs $10 more. Remove an option there, costs $10 less.)

Server it would run on wouldn't be ASP, and requirements as far as cost go...Free, or cheap. Not looking for a $500 solution.

www.x-cart.com can do that. They also have just come out with a new module that will do just that. Allow the client to "build" the final product and be changed based on the build.
