I am looking for someone to design a very simple (4-5 page) site, I just want it to look clean and professional. I can offer you 500mb of hosting (cPanel) with unmetered bandwidth (3mbps) in return for a year if you will do this for me. I will also leave a link to your design firm on the bottom of all of my pages for as long as I use your design.
