I just joined this forum and would appreciate a critique on this website. URL: www.pctune-ups.com.. I'm still working on it and haven't tried any browsers except IE6. Any comments on appearance, load times, etc. would be appreciated.
Thanks for any help/advice
The green text on that flash animation is hard to read. Either relocate the text or change the color. Much more than that I don't have any first impression suggestions.

Thanks Exon. That's been bothering me too. I'll fool around with some colors. (You should have seen it when it was white.)

I agree with exon, the green text is not very pretty, I suggest finding a color that looks better on that nice background (maybe just white letters with a very small border around them?). I also suggest to move the text a little to the right (or make it smaller) so it does not touch the keyboard.
On the index I think you should move the footer higher (since @ 1157xsomething) I have to scroll to see it even though there is lots of white space above it.
Clicking the navigation makes the apearance different. Compared to the index I favour the other page's style, maybe you can add the information box thats on top to the left and use the same template on the index as you do on the other pages?
Overall I think the design looks ok, I like the flash animation and color. You should change the logo a litle though (I think it's transparent gif but it look slike it's optimized for a white background(?).

Thanks for the suggestions Alex. I'll give them a try.
That white space at the bottom is a probem.
I must have an errant table somewhere. Can't seem to get rid of it. I'll try using the same template for all pages.
My 2cents...
1. Header = 2big
2. Bottom header = 2 big
3. The links.. I think would look nice with a mouse over (color change)
other then those... not bad :D
