Seeing a lot of this today -- multiple corporate clients have been hit hard and there was not an update from Trend/Symantec/etc until this afternoon.

An update to what allan posted: here's the story on CNN -- link (http://www.cnn.com/2003/TECH/internet/08/02/worm/index.html) -- it is sent via a ZIP file which is usually accepted by most. I'm not too worried since I don't open anything I don't trust but still, this is good information nonetheless.
According to Trend Micro -- link (http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/virusencyclo/default5.asp?VName=WORM_MIMAIL.A) -- this virus has a risk rating of medium and it isn't destructive. Norton also has updated signatures to protect against this virus.
