I don't understand...

no offense to you guys who work at the primehost, except for a newbie like me who doesn't know much about webhosting and such you don't really explain a single thing on your site.

I recently bought a webhosting basic package and transfered one of my domains to use with you guys, yet after I signed up and used my paypal account, which it had no problem of taking my money,
there was absolutly no information on where/how to build my page, no FTP no site builder not even a simple login page...

what am i not getting here..?

which control panel you are using Cpanel or something else?

If its cpanel you have many tutorial on cpanel.net that can help you with your doubts.

I think most hosts assume you already have a website and that you know as much as they do. That most certainly isn't the case. In such scenarios, it would probably better to ask questions before you sign up with any host/service :)

Did it say it wuld come with a site builder? Usually a hosting company provides you with hosting. You should have received an email with a user name / password to the control panel to set up the FTP.

But it is not really up to the hosting company to help you build a website. If they do, that is a bonus.
