ServerMatrix

Does anyone use servermatrix currently? If so, can you tell me your experiences with reliability, and server management. Their packages look very enticing, but I'm curious as to how "managed" their free level of management is.

ServerMatrix we use for one of our dedicated server. (Actually we use ThePlanet, but same network, building, etc)

On a scale of 1-5 (5 is the highest).

Relaiability - 5
Service - 4
Knowledge of Support Staff - 4.5
Billing/Sales - 4

Overall, we have been very happy with them. We have had 100% Network uptime for 6 months now! :)
