phpManager Invoices

I just started using phpManager and I seem to have a problem with sending out invoices. It seems that all of my invoices are being returned to the Account Email address that was setup underneath the Variables Setup Section.

First of all does anyone use phpManager (older version)?
Secondly - does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
