Assurancehosting.com has a ticket only customer support system. You send in a request for help and no matter if its urgent or low they'll get back to you whenever they feel like it. I've waited sometimes weeks for replies back from them.
They have allowed one companies site I ran to go into redemption. This was after over 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of them with their ticket support system & telephone number I had (most other customers didn't). So after over two weeks of them never getting back to me in either formats the domain went into redemption. Between those two weeks they had time to fix this, but never did. Sure, my client didn't see the auto mail telling him it was to expire, but again we contacted support about this soon afterwards and would have only needed to pay a small reinstatement fee.
Then they claimed it was our fault! No, registered dates don't lie. And ticket support posts that are dated don't lie either which back up my claims.

Now they have allowed another site to run out of its time period. It'll be in redemption in just afew weeks. I've called, sent numorous support tickets since late October til afew days back. The domain ran out November 15th and I haven't heard back from them. Again they were given 2 weeks notification that I needed help and that their auto renewl service wasn't working AGAIN! No replies from assurance again. Infact, they closed the ticket without explaination.

To top it off they continued to charge my credit card on two other sites I use to run through their hosting service. Infact, they charged me for over 2 months. Although this time someone actually answered the tickets, but never did anything about it. Now I find they recently closed all my tickets. Meaning they saw them, closed them and did nothing about it. This is after years of doing business with them and finally complaining about their service and needing help. Yeah, thanks... thanks for nothing.

I contacted the states attorney general of Arizona. I filed a complaint with BBB of Arz. I contacted my lawyer. I closed my credit card I used with them as they investigate the matter. I contacted Icann, but they are not members of that organization so instead I contacted an entity of them which can do something.
I am now warning you all. And, I will seak any other action needed.

I only write this here simply because I don't want anyone else to go through the troubles I have been though. All these subjects are pending investigation and to my surprise the BBB sent me a letter today. If anything atleast there is another complaint launched on this two bit company that doesn't answer support questions, doesn't do their job and look after their customers domains. Or fix their auto renewl domain system. It looks to me they don't care about anyones business but themselves and I'm sick of the typical "I'm sorry I got back to you so late I was busy." answers.

All this info stated above is correct and have all the documentation to back it up. Just look at their record in the BBB site. Ask around about them. You'll see their customer care is null & they have other issues that cloud that company. Sometimes a price isn't worth the cheapness and I'm paying for that now.

I had been using them for years and yeah I had problems with them getting back to me, but nothing like how it is/was today. Back then I didn't know much about webhosting or who to use. They were cheap, they were nice and they got my money for years. Once you've been crapped on long enough its time to more on which is what I finally did with hosting. Unfortunatley I couldn't move all my sites in time and ran into many problems during it.
If anyone reads this please consider looking into them before using them. I am here for the warning.

assurancehosting.com shows up a parking page now. I have 30+ domains in jeopardy.

The contact # for Thrace Technologies now connects to a mailbox which is full and prompts you to hang up. Anybody else affected by this?

This sounds very unfortunate. Have you tried to WHOIS their domain and call them?
