I'm hoping to sell it on Ebay, here or WHT but I want to know what it's worth brand new.

We'll need more detailed specs, and so will bidders on ebay :) This includes info about any warrenties it and its parts came with that will transfer to the new owner. By brand new you mean still in its original unopened packaging, right?

Motherboard? Depends, somewhere between $400 and $1200 is what I'd pay for it, depends on alot of stuff.

I found one that had a Intel Pentium4 1.7Ghz (close) for $625 (new, and to give you an idea, they had a Intel Pentium4 2.4Ghz, same config as above, for $695). Another build for a 1U Dual P4/Xeon 1.8Ghz Server (512MB RAM and 40GB hdd) for $1,060.45
