Searchfeed is the only one that seem to be a legit company of any sort. the others have hidden their domain details and either don't provide an address or the link that might lead you to their address doesn't work. Pretty sketchy.

Hi,
If you want to use pay per click Google adwords is the best. So research to learn tips either from articles such as ezinearticles.com or maybe some free ebooks.
Don't just visit adwords and spend money cause you end up loose a lot, same thing happened to me. You can use adwords successfully once you learn how.

The only one I would suggest out of the ones you listed is the manual directory submission service. That can and does increase traffic, but the others you listed are a waste of time and money!

By visiting the Google AdWords, you can learn so many points about the overall PPC programs and how they work.
You set up an account, then add funds to it, then select some keywords related to your site subject, set the maximum per click amount, the daily budget and other details, like the location of your favorite customers and your ads are running.

What we have noticed is that Google adwords didn't work well because most people will not click on something they know to be advertising. It might work for some, but we spent thousands on it but to no avail. Did I mention it's expensive?

You should try to verify their services, by speaking directly to their previous/existing clients :)

SearchFeed is a legitimate business. I do not know about the rest.

Pay per click method of advertising can work. But you need to be able to track your campaigns to effectively figure out what works and what doesn't. Good luck.
