Hi all,
I have 3 reseller accouts and I thnk I am ready to move to couple of colo servers to expand. Now I have already decided to go for colo rather than dedicated servers for the issues of control, freedom. I live in North Jersey and looking to colo around here. First, can you please provide me a list of date centers in the area,
I know NAC, IDT...what else..?
Second, I been looking at DedicatedNow Colo offering, but kind of concerned with some of the recent posts regarding their reliability. Therefore, I am wondering if I can deal directly with the DC's for 2 rack servers. I have no clue what it will cost as compared to going with a DedicatedNow (for example). I am surprised to see that their colo prices are somewhat higher than their Dedicated offering, I was expecting the colo to be cheaper. I am sure lot of you have already looked into the issue therefore will appreciate your help.
Third, I am assuming that all the colo contracts are for month-to-month, please let me know if I am wrong in my assumption?
