[HIRED] PHP Coder needed for Knowledge Base FAQ Script

Im going to be upgrading to Client Exec one downside no KB or FAQ Ive looked at a bunch of KB FAQ at hotscripts ...none really impressed me.

I am looking to have one made thats either tree view or similar to the KB in perldesk . I do not want one that users ask questions and wait for an answer thats what the helpdesk is for I want it to be static and have an admin CP.
