I personally would limit the number of MySQL Databases to some number. Even if you offered 100 databases (IMHO way too many), it seems better to put a number on it. People generally need 1 or 2, but 5 tops.

As with the MySQL Databases, I would with the Email boxes and groups. Not many people need more than 5, but even small companies only would use 20-100.

When I saw these numbers, I assumed you were offering reseller accounts, but one of your features is, "1 Hostable Domains." I don't see a point in offering 2-5KMB accounts with 30-40KGB of transfer for one domain. Very few sites use this much, and if they do, it is possible that they'd be better off on a dedicated server. More than anything, these plans seem suited for people who offer files for download, or graphic archives, etc. Again, most sites use 2MB-150MB so I just don't see the point in offering 5,000MB packages.

Maybe I'm missing who your market is, and why you'd have single domain packages with 5,000MB of space for $30+ and limit it to 20-35 accounts on the server.

i'm with Chicken on this one, although without knowing your exact market, it is hard to say for sure. But in my experience, like was mentioned, any site that is pushing 30+ GB/month would almost always have to be on a dedicated server. One site I am an admin for does 35 GB/month and even has trouble on a fairly high-end dedicated server.

So.. you say 20 accounts per server. What happens if you get 20 accounts and each account uses their full 30GB? You're saying that server gets 600 GB/month in transfer... and if so, at what cost? With 20 accounts, the minimum you could make is 459 dollars per month on one server. So by limiting yourself to only 20-30 accounts per server, I'm just not seeing much profit margin.. let alone performance issues if you get even a few of these customers to use their allotted transfer and storage.

But that is just my take on it :)

The Power Plans, arnt final just needed some insight on what clients would like. Most of our Hosting Packages, our for sites that deal with Gaming/Music types, so download is a big factor in those areas. About the whole 1 domain, that will most likly be changed unless we make our own Reseller hosting. We havent dedcided quite yet, we have Shared, Power, and Dedicated. Well thankyou for your insight man i apperaicate it.

While I can understand why you would want to have plans that large, I would watch out. You mentioned the sites you are going to host are Music/Gaming, so make sure you are not hosting any illegal content. Otherwise I would say maybe have some smaller plans, as most sites dont need that much space/bandwidth.
