This is warning about Forcetronix (Forcetronix.com) company and their solution Paytox (Paytox.com).
They approved our account quite easily, and started processing
for our pharmaceutical site.
But when it came to first payment they sent us a letter stating
that Mastercard issued "a special resolution" to freeze our
account, because they revised our site and found ****** which is
considered "controlled" drug. Even if it was there, any processor
should warn the merchant and ask to remove the item first,
especially because ****** was there when they reviewed the site for
processing and approved it!
Anyway, they didn't send us any official document issued by MC,
so I really doubt that such a document exists.
Total amount they ripped us off is quite impressive, $300,000.
And they ARE NOT GONNA pay us a dime!
So, stay away from this guys, they are [removed] thieves!
If you also suffered from this company please [removed: see guidelines]

Well, "controlled drugs" aren't necessarily illegal, but if anything, #1. Drug paraphernalia would be like a pipe to smoke crack with.

Wow I find this too hard to believe that you have lost $300,000 and you are posting in a forum about it? People who have $300,000 usually are out doing things away from their job.
What the heck did you order for that amount of money? You could have bought half a datacenter for that amount of money?
Like I said before two sides of the story should always be looked at?
Also I would think if they where a scam the BBB would have something on them and they do not.
There are no businesses matching the criteria provided.

There are no businesses matching the criteria provided. The Better Business Bureau only contains data for and investigates businesses that are registered through them. So if Forcetronix is not a member of the BBB, then you won't find anything about them via the BBB site.

The BBB will report on any company. It does not matter if they are a member or not. I know several companies around here that are not members and have never been members that you can find reports on.
You can find reports on both members of the BBB and non members.
members of the BBB are required to follow guidlines when a complaint is logged.
Non members do not follow anything but they will get reported if their are complaints against them. I dealt with the BBB for over ten years.

I retract my statement then. :o: I just read some information via their site that proves what you mentioned. :banghead: It's been a few years since I had to deal with them but I could have sworn that the BBB only was helpful if the company you are reporting is a member of theirs. Back to your regularly scheduled discussion... ;)

If I had to guess, this figure was based on "future revenues" (which is often enhanced, shall we say) not actual loss or any amount that could be shown in court as loss.

Of course, all of this discussion has missed one minor point.
Mostly, people selling pharmaceuticals online are spammers. Are you/Were you spammers? Of course, you're unlikely to admit it!!
