We are looking for three hosting companies that would be willing to work with us on a beta test our new web hosting provider help desk service. Currently we are offering 50% of posted fees and no setup fee for us to provide support to your customers. We want to use this time to communicate very openly with the beta testers to find out where we are week, need more training, how we can improve, etc.
Some background... We have been in the hosting and ISP industry since 1996. We have been providing outsourced ISP support for a few years and now want to add in web hosting support. We have trained a select number of our techs to see if this is an area we would like to enter.

If you have any other ideas on how we can make this service more appealing to hosting companies (besides making it free) please let me know via email as well. We are trying to build a solution that will work for hosting companies that is affordable while giving the best support possible.
