Anyone know of any good locations in Orlando to co-lo some boxes.. I am moving out there later this year and I was wondering if anyone has had any good luck with any providers out there.
Basically I am looking for somewhere with 24/7 access, support and they MUST have been in business 2 or more years.. I am not looking for any startup deals.
Thanks in advance.

Note, re: posts removed: This thread doesn't need to be moved. You can't have 'good luck' with 'yourself'. If he wanted offers, we have ad forums for that.

Ask him what he thinks.
We use to colo in the same facility and it was great for us.

I'm in Miami, not too sure about what DC's are in Orlando. Does FutureQuest do colo? They are in Orlando.

Where were you located? I am just looking to see what available and get some feedback from anyone who has experience. Miami and Tampa would be too far from me and I am looking for something within 45 minutes or so of my house so that in the event of a drive. memory whatever failure I can run down and do it myself and not have to worry about anyone pulling the wrong server or not finishing this or that.
http://vortechhosting.com/ - They are in Orlando. I haven't had any personal experience, but I haven't heard or seen any negative feedback either. Brad is a great guy!

Atlantic.net is in Orlando. I had considered colocating a few servers there as I am about 45 minutes from there datacenter. There is also one in the same building as www.futurequest.net/ I believe, but do not recall the name right now.

Atlantic.net is not in the same facility as FeatureQuest.
Atlantic.net is located in its own facility at 440 W. Kennedy Blvd in Orlando.
Hi Rob! Whatever happened to that opportunity? Did you scale back the idea or move to FeatureQuest?
For a third party opinion on the 440 W. Kennedy Facility please contact tranz on this BB.

Correct, I was aware of that and may not have been clear enough. I had also been told that there is another colo facility, not related to Atlantic.net, in the same building as Futurequest.net
Craig, I think we will be ready to add those in the late Summer or early Fall, so I will be checking back with you then.
Not sure if they still do, but Colo.com/ClearBlue Technologies/Navisite had a data center in Orlando at one point.
Also LiquidPages is down there (http://www.liquidpages.com/). They have been around for three years, I think.

would still smell as sweet...
"Colo.com/ClearBlue Technologies/Navisite had a data center in Orlando at one point."
Is the Atlantic.net facility @ 440 W. Kennedy Blvd.
:bart:
The Atlantic.net data center is where I have all of my gear.
We provider better service though, lol to Craig.
OK, we provider better managed solutions then they do... :)

Tony is the man when it comes to managed solutions..
Lets not get into an arguement on who services who better...
Wait hold on.. that doesn't sound right :yuck:
Hi,
level3 has a data center in Orlando. I have 5 boxes there through pronicsolutions. Not sure if pronic is doing colos right now or not, but if you have a number of servers to colocate, check with them.
Nice traces, fast lines, etc. All fiber optic too.
