I am interested in investing in a start-up or growing website hosting company. I found this forum via a google search for investment opportunities in website hosting.

Is there somewhere hosting entrepreneurs advertise for investors?

tranz, My Employment Background is mostly in the Automotive Industry with some entrepreneurial ventures in the hospitality industry. Since my retirment my investments mostly have been in R.E. My son has gotten me into investing in the internet. Yahoo and Google were very very nice to me! Because of what I know about R.E. I am very interested in Hosting because it seems to me like Apartment rentals except it seems like only a few hundred dollars to build a new virtual apartment building or strip center compared to millions of dollars to build an acutal apartment building.

Rent Rent Rent Rent. I love residual income.

I am looking to get my feet wet with a small amount around $30k usd and if things go well I have a much larger amount I am interested in investing.

I hope to do better than I do on Real Estate which averages around 18% on income and has a much bigger return when combined with equity appreciation.
