Adding a Division

Hello,

Recently, my business partners and I have been discussing trying to start a dedicated server division to our company. We would be expanding from game servers to dedicated servers (have dealt with both windows and linux). Has anyone had experience in this? How large is the customer base?

Yes, we have already invested some money into this development and plan on spending some more.

Any suggestions?

Hi Brad,

Your target base would of course be large, but the problem is reaching them. You can only market yourself so much and being able to market the benefit of using your service over another company requires its duty. I'd suggest working on a business plan so you can effectively transfer your business.
