No completely sure what you have in mind.

News aggregators?

Anyway here are some resources I use for tracking news from different sources all in one place:

news.google.com
drudgereport.com
Headline Viewer http://www.vertexdev.com/HeadlineViewer
AmphetaDesk http://www.disobey.com/amphetadesk/
FeedReader http://www.feedreader.com
KlipFolio http://www.serence.com
http://www.newsisfree.com/
http://www.newsnow.co.uk/

Or you want to put news on your site? You can use moreover or better you can roll your own through RSS feeds - that's good fun...

What I was going at was.

My company signed a contract with a company called marketwire to post press releases. Some companies use business wire or pr newswire. Just wondering what others are using.

BusinessWire and PRNewsWire are the primary news wires out there in terms of open access. If you are looking for only the top end of business and news, you should look to an agency such as Reuters. Reuters being a larger and more established news firm would be able to match a wire to suit your needs and if need be, setup private circuits for you. I guess it all depends on what information you want to receive and what your budget is. If it's not at all that high then there are many alternatives and a quick check on Google turns up some free syndication sites.
