Yeah, doesn't seem to be publicaly traded. I know when I have formed corporations in the past, I could create up to 60,000 shares of stock included in the incorporation fee.. and any shares beyond that where just a small additional fee.

But it is true, if you were eventually given stocks, publicaly traded or not, you would still own part of the company.
