Yes, they are the same thing.

We've used them, back a couple of months ago, but I was not all that impressed - we did not get a single signup, and we spent a whole lot of time answering each lead. I personally would not recommend this.

im using them right now it looks like i might break even, no profit though that will be next month i guess lol.

Im not to impressed either, i think if you do it all for dedicated servers you would make more then having it on shared/reseller as we have it right now
