We have been in buisness for over 6 months now, but I'm wondering what else I can do to get more customers. My prices are pretty competitive. We just got a new design, we have automated account installation.
What else can I do?

Have you ever given any thought to your name? When I first heard it I thought you either mispelled iPOD or were selling dope. A businesses name can have a lot to do with how you are recognized or found.

I clicked your link (exactly 4:00 p.m. PST) and the site didn't resolve so I can't offer you much in the way of opinions at this time. I will say though that there's some merit to the previous post. I'm not sure it would stop me from buying services from you, but I will say that the name (ipot) isn't obvious.

What kind of advertising budget do you have? Do you have an affiliate program? Most business actually lose money in their infancy.

Yes we have an affliate program. My advertising budget is mid xxx to low xxxx. I'm not really worried about the loosing money part in this time of the buisness. We are just looking to get our name out there and to be known a bit more.

Hi there,
Forums like this one are a great place to start. If I were you I would personally submit my site to every web hosting directory out there. You might also want to consider paying per click on networks like Overture and Google Adwords. Searchfeed might also bring in some traffic, but their network certainly isn't as popular as the other two.

There are definitely a number of things you can do, and I agree with HostZodiac that your name is terrible. Unless you are going to be creative with it, (i.e. Play on the whole "pot" theme, as in, you'll grow customers' web sites like a plant) you should consider changing it to something else.
But otherwise, let’s look at your marketing campaign like a cycle. Each step of the cycle must be flawless. For example, let's assume we can get visitors to your web site via whatever means. Do you think your sales would go through the roof? I don't. Here's why:
The first thing visitors see on your website is this:
Welcome to iPotWeb Solutions
Welcome to iPotweb Solutions! Are you in search of quality fast hosting? Then you've come to the right place! iPotweb has been in buisness for over 6 months now and we know the market and we know what you need for your web site!
Let's be honest--this text is very weak. First of all, what is "quality fast hosting?" I'd like to see better adjectives there! "Quality fast hosting" tells me nothing.
Next, "Then you've come to the right place!" Well, Duh! Just omit this line.
"iPotweb has been in buisness for over 6 months now and we know the market and we know what you need for your web site!" This is a liability, not a strength. Don't brag about being in business for 6 months; downplay it.
I wrote in another post that effective marketers need to focus on two man things: audience and purpose.
First, identify your audience. Are they enterprises? Small businesses? Personal hobbyists? Resellers? Etc. You need to know who you are marketing to.
Then, identify your purpose. What do you want your web site to do? Are you looking to collect leads? Make instant sales? Drive impulse buys? Honestly, looking at your web site now I don't really know what you want to do.
Before you consider external marketing, you should make sure your web site is up to par, which it clearly is not.
PS... buisness is spelled incorrectly, it's business.

I would suggest you change your site. Your site looks like a total rip of resellerzoom. I would suggest you look into it. ALSO saying you have been in business for 6 months is a joke to me. That is not a long time.

You may also want to try some local advertising, I found that to work well for me. You would be surprised on how many businesses around you that do not have a web presence or the closest they may have to a web presence is an email address they got from there local ISP (or worse yet...a yahoo account). I make it a point to stop by local businesses and leave my business card and try to educate them on the importance a web presence can be.
