Is (was) anyone using Edgepanel up until recently? I am so ticked off. Can't login to admin side. secure.renax.com down for past week or more. It was intermittant before that, but now... Good thing that we don't get too many tickets. I hate paying for something that can not be delivered. Client side works fine though.

Would appreciate any feedback, especially from tranz!

Seems like their having issues as there main domain is also not responding.

Yes, we had major server issues. Its being repaired and will be back on line shortly. We have to rebuild the server, reinstall Hsphere and then move everything from our backup appliance back.

Dont worry about payment. Seeing as you have been effected it will be of no charge.

No, sorry..Edge panel isnt dead although it would seem so. Just on the back burner to other more pressing projects.

The server is 99% completed on its rebuild and should be completed within 24 hours or less.

This has been an ongoing issue with Edgepanel off and on since October, but it is dead now. Only way to retrieve tickets is through database. Luckily, I get sms messages when ticket is submitted.

I am trying out Intellodesk. We'll see how that goes.

2 Weeks for an H-Sphere server rebuild? Is this a normal timeframe?

My concern is with Edgepanel. If renaxsolutions and storhost are on same server, it just goes to prove that you shouldn't keep all the eggs in one basket. But problems with renax started much earlier than the rest. Must be a back-burner item. I would really appreciate an honest reply!!!

Now a month later, and still no edgepanel admin side. I have since gone with intellodesk, although it is still being set up.

Tranz, maybe you should change your signature to 'Time stands still', because the future sure hasn't changed.
