I'd recommend to combine the Shared and Reseller offers forums into 1 forum. Usually, when someone is going to make a post advertising their services, they are going to be offering both shared and reseller accounts. By having it in just 1 forum, it stops the need for the same post being put up in two different forums, makes it easier for the advertiser, and makes it also easier for the end user (the most important thing!)

I hope this change is considered :).

Some how I missed this suggestion (my apologies). I was thinking about combining a few of the forums actually. I think I made everything a bit too organized (needlessly).

Dedicated & Colo combined
Shared & Reseller combined

And VPS would go in one of those as well, though I'm not sure which as VPS is partially like a dedicated server, and partially like a resller account (what many people use it for). I guess since it is combined with the Dedicated discussion up on the main forums, it would make sense to combine them that was down low as well.

To be honest, I might just have one forum: Hosting offers

That would take care of all of it. Same with requests.

Dedicated/Colo/VPS Offers would all go great in one forum, then Shared and Reseller Offers together in another forum (then the same thing again for requests). While a VPS is a bit 50/50, more often it is the dedicated providers who will offer them, hence why I believe they should go in the Ded/Colo section (also, you do have root access with them too).

I would not recommend combining Ded/Colo/VPS/Shared/Reseller all into 1 as it may start to get a bit crowded and confusing.

We'll go with that (D/C/VPS) for now and see how it goes. I've been wanting to merge some of the forums for some time now, clean things up, make it more concise and compact, easier to read and follow, etc. Even on really busy, large forums, I don't like millions of categories and forums, etc.

We were also working on a design, but that fell through and we're (yet again) on the hunt for a designer.

I agree with those forum changes with the exception of VPS. However, I don't think VPS should warrant it's own forum.

So, umm, err, ok I guess that works then...

I've been doing some crunching. I may even do a tad bit more, but we'll see. Objective is to make things a bit more concise. So far, I think it will be good, and if ever there's a time/need to break up a forum, I'll do it.
