I hope I picked the right forum for this, if not Chicken please move.

I am wondering if there is anyone here who has had any experience using a company called Server Wizards out of Chicago, Illinois? Here is a post they made on this site, http://www.hosthideout.com/showthread.php?t=19726&highlight=Hsphere

I am interested in hearing what kind of experience you have had with them and how long you have been dealing with them. Also what operating system and control panel (if any) they have been working on with you.

I am interested in hearing the good and the bad. I am considering doing business with them but have no desire to have a bad experience.

A good, trustworthy, affordable, and reliable Hsphere Remote System / Server Administrator is what I am after.

I've used ServerWizards in the past. They are VERY good -- fast replying to emails/tickets, making sure you're upgraded and updated, I recommend them to anyone.

It wasn't anything service-related. I loved their service. But, I ended up moving onto a dedicated server where server management was included, and didn't need them any longer. But if i ever needed management again, they'd be my first place to buy at.

I used the guys at Serverwizards to help me fix a botched kernel that The Planet installed on our old servers last year. They were quite efficient and trustworthy.

Anyone "Currently" using Server Wizards that can give some feedback as to how they are currently handling business?

Yes, serverwizards is a pretty decent company. We have used them a few times in the past and always got very fast and good results.

Never had any experiance with them, however, I do recommend Rack 911 (http://rack911.com)
