Is "old" Europe dying? Is "new" Europe ready to overtake "old: Europe in technology and innovation and entrepreneurship and industry and growth? China and India are will soon overtake "old" Europe, but "new" Europe is just as much a threat to overtake "old" Europe.
Socialistic "old" Europe may not know how to change and compete.
