Cpanel has phpmyadmin?

Does the default install of Cpanel have phpmyadmin (http://www.phpmyadmin.net/) already installed? I can't find it in the cp, but thought it was there (though maybe I'm thinking of Plesk).

You have to click on the Mysql link in Cpanel, and then way at the bottom of the page is the link to phpmyadmin.

No Chicken, yours doesn't. I called Cpanel and had them put the link color to white so you couldn't find it!
