Hey,
I've used FraudCall for a while, it has eliminated about 5 fraud possibilities done through my order system, basically what it does is call the person up during signup, to veridy that they want to purchase the service(s) through us, so say for e.g a person comes to your site, they order hosting package gold, and they enter all info like PH. Number, before the payment page, varilogix automated machine thingy will call them up to verify this.

It might seem petty, but it's great, just like maxmind.

Post here if you use it, or your thoughts on this...

How is it working for you on international orders that are legitimate? My problem was in this respect. It didn't seem to place the call properly four out of 5 times.

It seems to get harder and harder to protect yourself from Fraud now adays.....

So we try systems like FraudCall, FraudCall is a good company and works pretty good, it dose help stop some Fraud but not all, but the down side is sometimes it also effects customers you are looking for, you get error the odd time.

Overall it is better to have FraudCall then to be without FraudCall.

We used varilogix in the past but switch to maxmind.com, its better priced and works with credit instead of monthly fee.

Could not agree more. It is definately ONE solution, but not THE solution.
