Manos, I think you'll find that most providers charge roughly $40/mo. for cpanel alone (on the server of your choice), though some may include it for nothing, not sure. Someone may have an older server around that they're willing to lease for $50, I just don't know if that would include a cp or much transfer/bandwidth. Cheapest I could find for you was $109.00 but that's a gift. I doubt you'll find many of those, let alone anything for $50.

Even the **** cpanel purchasers cant do it for less than $20/mo internal (Nocster/RS). That leaves $30/mo for the server and bandwidth.

Cheapest I could find was this:
CPU: Intel Celeron™ 1.0GHZ
Memory: 256MB PC133 SDRAM
Hard Drive: 30GB IDE or 9GB SCSI
Bandwidth: 100GB/MONTH
IP Addresses: 5
Port: 10/100MBPS SWITCHED VLAN
$0.00/SETUP $59.95/MONTH
Thats at nocster.net
That system ^ can have Cpanel installed for $9.95, I think, which brings it up to $69.90.
Fully managed too, apparently...

Nocster fully managed is not as "fully" as you would think :)
Also dont expect to be able to host too much with a server spec like that.

Yeah, deals like that look pretty but there's not a great deal you can do with them in terms of hosting; that's unless you want a practice box to screw up every now and then.

Nocster's new prices are insane... they must be pretty desperate for clients :|
