hi,

dont know if anyone can help me out with this, but ehre is a run down of what a design client needs:

» an intergrated shopping cart
» ability to take credit card transactions direct through site (no merchant)
» a fairly large amount of bandwidth (15Gb a month is an approxiimation i doubt it will be as high as that but im being cautious)
» space would be about 200 - 300MB
» i dont know wether to go for PHP and MYSQL or ASP, probalbey PHP as i have worked with it numorous times and never touched ASP.

If anyone has any suggestions about a hosting company that can offer this for a decent price (under £400 a year) or if your hosting comapny can then please email me: stewart@sub-division.com

I would host them under my own hosting company but I do not have support for shopping carts at present and dont know when i will.

Thanks,

Stewart Bradford

use your own hosting company and setup www.oscommerce.com for them. This is what a lot of our customers use!

Use Yahoo! Shops. You are going to have a hard time finding a host that offers a merchant account and a shopping cart to go along with it...

You can get yourself a paysystems account which is just a one time 50.00 fee I believe. All you have to do is create products and it gives you the links and you can put those on your site.

Our Linux cluster has : PHP/CGI/SSI 15 GB Traffic and 3 GB space for 19.95 a month.

Im sure we could offer what you need and more, do you have AiM? If so Drop me a message, JNadolski14. Our locations for server pings our in Texas aswell as Michigan. We run off a OC-3 Connection, and we dont support ASP option.

Hi,

Yeah I have AIM - subDASHdivision

I dont need ASP anyway so having it as an option isnt important to me.
