Yep, ahead of even Linux, Pubs are probably the most important creation of humankind so far in history... and with Chicken as the publican, and his trusty crew of barmen.. ach.. I mean moderators tending bar, a good time is guaranteed..

Same again thanks... ;)

Yes, he acts like a single, unemployed, internet addict with nothing better to do..

however,

he holds down three jobs, has six children [and a wife], creates wealth for Rackshack, studies for his Masters and has a number of complex and controversial hobbies..

I agree skylab.. Get some rest Chicken!!!! :csmoking:

...and we're about to move, which (as you know) always gives one that extra relaxing feeling of moving heavy boxes and furniture. We're gotten past the relaxing look for a house, make offer on house, sign most documents, etc.

Don't forget the digging up of documents that your mortgage company randomly decides you need at the last minute: "I'm affraid we can't approve your mortgage unless you can send us a copy of your 2nd grade report card"

Mortgages suck

That makes me feel very old :(

It seems like a long, long time ago that I had to deal with a mortgage, but it's good to see that people suffer the same torture now, as then.. some things never change..

Ok allan, another round pleesh.. same again...

Ohhhh goody, that's something to look forward to! Monday we do a walk-through on the house to see the last minute changes that were made (replacing/fixing a few windows, removal of a severely pungent fridge, and about 17,000 ancient car care products from the garage (including black tire paint, from the days before Armor-All).

I can't wait! Should we start packing yet?
