Might be an idea, if this hasn't been done already to ask HeadSurfer if you can take the banned words list from WHT and put it in place here. Most of the companies who violate the rules are the same people over and over.

Unless of course they are going to get another chance here :D

I agree wtih Rochen on that. Maybe bring over the banned ip's list too?

I considered this as well. As evidenced by the multiple chances we give at WHT, some people simply aren't satisified with advertising sections. I'd really like to think, "New site, new year, fresh start..." etc., however something tells me that just importing the lists would save me hours of work.

Yup, it probably would free you up bags of time :D

Have you considered having an “advertising free” hosting forum, I don’t think there are any out there?

Would be good, just a nice place for hosts (and others :D) to come and chat without the hassle of competing for hosting deals etc.

"New site, new year, fresh start..." etc Actually sounds better.

Maybe they will be different in a different forum.

I know I'm not the same person I was forty-five years ago.

Okay. I was only six then. But still. :D

Its very much better not to impoirt them yet as many hosts have probably thought about it and would not do the same things again. Be seperate and let them have this forum for a fresh start as say. IMHO

We shall go with that, and hope that some of them seize the opportunity for a new beginning. We may regret it later, heh.. but only time will tell.

I actually have no idea what he's talking about ("I know I'm not the same person I was forty-five years ago?"), though that's normal.
