Mailing list software

I am going to be setting up a mailing list for a client and I wanted to get everyone's suggestions on the best one to use. I have access to use majordomo already which is on the server, however, before I get into setting it up, I wanted to make sure if that is the best solution? I'd practically need something with no charge (if possible) or I would just use majordomo. Any suggestions?

I should add a few more things...

I need something that would allow someone to subscribe/unsubscribe via e-mail. Or, if possible, I can setup a form on a specific site that would allow them to do this. It just needs to be fully automated where an admin doesn't have to manually update the list every time it changes. A PHP script would be fine too as I should be able to figure it out enough to get it installed and operational. :)

I think I may have found the solution. A quick search on hotscripts.com revealed a program called Mailgust 1.9. It's free and available at http://mailgust.phpoutsourcing.com. So far it is setup and it looks like the tool I'll need plus more...

Just thought I'd post this if others wanted to know at least one other option out there. :)
