I posted this on WHT too, hopefully some of you have been in a similar situation.

I have a modern bill license, a 2checkout account and 8 hosting packages which can be paid in 5 terms (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually and every 2 years).

Do i have to add 40 (8x5) items to 2checkout or is there an easier way to do it?
If the order process goes by the package name, what about the packages of the same name that are paid in different terms?

I had the 2checkout account for a few months but i'm just getting around to setting everything up now, has anyone else been in a similar situation?

Any help is appreciated, thanks

Aren't there variables that can be passed via the URL (or a form) to 2checkout? I haven't played with the API/cart, and I haven't used moderbill so I don't know how it sends info and processes the order.

Thanks Chicken, there are vars but Modern Bill automatically handles the links so i'm not sure how to pass them to 2checkout and how to have 2checkout process them.

I *think* i might have it worked out now. I'll get back to this tomorrow and post the results :p:

I do not believe Modern Bill will work with 2Checkout Service. Modern Bill is designed to only work with an Actual gateway, like a real Merchant account. I know Modern Bill was discussing in WHT & Their forums a way to get 2CO to conform to them, but I think the only way it will work is if Modern Bill conforms to 2Checkout.

If not all you do is make the packages in MB and make sure your 2co module is configured correctly.
Use your ID number (not name)
Use the Hash5 password (not password to login to 2co)

In 2co panel all you need to with this is setup the configruations such as address, bank info etc etc..

Do not need to setup ANY plans in 2co panel, MB will pass the info needed and charges accordingly.

Other than that make sure in Sales details you have all 3 demo options to "No".
