I need a host appraisal

Please provide your appraisal as to what you think a webhost that meets the following specs would be worth.

It would include the following:
Over $200 profit each month on a range of shared & reseller accounts
All accounts are hosted on one server paid monthly which is almost entirely managed (all updates are done and most problems resolved by company from whom the server is purchased from)
sale includes a domain name
sale includes phpunlimitedchat script
sale includes whmap license
sale includes complete website
sale includes company portfolio site
sale includes company portfolio domain name
host continues to thrive with multiple signups weekly
all clients pay via mail or paypal subscriptions

I'm looking to determine what the fair value of a webhost that meets these specifications would be worth. Thanks.

2400$ a month for the customers is how it works out,but then you get the company name, scripts, site, portfolio, etc.

ID say your looking at around $4000.
It really would depend though.

Recently we've been seeing small hosts go for between 6 and 12m profit.
Obviously any business is actually only "worth" what you can sell it for, every small business owner expects to get millions for their baby, every purchaser want to spend $1 for it.

Without knowing the turnover, pricing plans, no of clients, server location, costs, processor/bank fees etc it's impossble to do more than guess for you, as $200 "profit" means what ? 200 cleared after *all* fees, staff costs, etc ? $200 gross based on income vs expense ? on how many clients - if thats 200 on 2 clients the company is significantly smaller than if it was 200 on 10000 clients.

value can also depend on the assetts - are they transferrable, are they wanted by the new owne, is there a cost in transferring, are they legitimate

Guidleline - its worth between $1500 and $3000, subject to verification, due diligence ...
