Hello, I'm looking to start a website on a list of web hosting directorys. I know new companys need to put there company into as many websites as possible, so I'm looking to create a website with those listed on it. However I have no clue where to began. So if you could, please post all the webhostingdirectorys you can find here. All will be used, no matter how big or small. Thanks again!

I think, before you start listing 1000's of web hosting directories, you might find that providers don't really need an endless list of directories (no matter how big and small). Along the same lines... search engines, there are literally 1000's of search sites and it simply isn't worth submitting to many of them, and listing them *all* just obscures the ones that are worth submitting to.

My suggestion is to ask what providers really want and really need first, and then build your site based on those comments and suggestions. I just don't feel that listing every single web hosting directory out there is what people would need nor want.

Directories nowadays are used primarily to generate backlinks to your website, barely any traffic at all is created in directories. Your goal for directories is to create backlinks not traffic to your website.

I agree. If you want to create traffic you should post on high traffic webmaster forums like hosthideout with you signature. That can generate some traffic and it is the cheapest way to do that

WebHostingDirectorys may not fix your problem or help you it can waste a lot of time on your hands that you could be putting into that company your wanting to start.

You'd be better off advertising on forums like this and other discussion boards. Do local advertising and email marketing I am 100% sure this will bring a better outcome then just listing yourself on webhostingdirectorys.
