This may have been covered, so I will apologise now.

I have just started a new support company, providing technical and sales support
to web hosting companies, independent resellers and data centres.

I am after some strategies explaining how to market this type of business, where
etc.

How are things going? I'm just curious as I'm the same business and have been for a while. We've shifted focus so I'm wondering.

Hey Roj,

To be truthfully honest, I’ve not put much time into this company at all. I’ve just not
had the motivation it needs. I’ve done no advertising or marketing what so ever, but
saying that I have a meeting with a friend who is interested in partnering with me so
hopefully that will get things moving the positive way.

The site seems to be tits up at the moment too with the live chat free trial.

How are you getting on? With sales, support etc?

The first thing I would do is to take care of the PHP LiveTrial support you have on your site. It states that the Trial has expired. That can't be good.

Just a thought.

Oh, and I would take care of the email page. It doesn't work. So, I guess I would say get the site working first as a confirmation to your prospective clients that you are indeed good.
