Manual Snail Mail Idea

Well Pro Fusion Host aka My Company, Is starting to roll out Check and Moneyorder only, We have printed highquailty invoices. And are sorting throguh the mail process, We may also allow credit cards soon. But for this manual way, I want to do a database computerized not through the internet where I can hold customer numbers etc. Any Ideas? :beer: Cheers

Take a look at QuickBooks. It will allow you to keep track of client information and I believe print invoices, etc.

Yes, with quickbooks you are able to print and email invoices.


There's a free software called volutive that does essentially the same thing, plus it's free.

Quickbooks works well for this sort of thing. It is very useful if you have employees as well :)
