IMail v. 8

Anyone using IMail ver. 8? Do you like the anti-spam filter? I love Imail but the spam filter seems to tag a lot of non-spam as spam. I have been turning it off on all new accounts, and informing the user how to turn it on if they want. I am not to happy with it.

Any comments.

Hi Paul-

We've been running I Mail since version 5 or so. We installed Declude JunkMail (http://www.declude.com/JunkMail/index.html) as well as SortMonster Sniffer (http://www.sortmonster.com/MessageSniffer/) on all boxes a year or so ago and I would recommend it over I Mail 8's filters (which we have disabled). It is much more flexible and works in a weighted configuration so you can determine what actions are taken and weight more reliable tests higher. We currently run all mail through approx. 90 tests using Declude with nearly zero false positives.
